Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Mia’s Overnight Curl Band is sourced from an overseas supplier and is sent directly to the delivery address you enter at checkout. Shipping charges and available services are shown before you pay.
Estimated transit after dispatch is around 4–9 working days for standard service. Supplier processing and customs can add time, so this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will provide tracking when available and contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Returns and cancellations
For most online purchases, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. Contact us through our contact page before returning an item so we can provide the return address and instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the cost of return postage. We refund the item and the basic original delivery charge as required by law after receiving the return or proof it was sent. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
